Dear Jamie,

I am interested in getting some information about the different areas in and around Scottsdale. I am looking to relocate, not for about a year, but am coming out on vacation in January for 2 weeks, and would like to further explore the areas. I am single, 40 years old, and have a dog, but am still hoping for a family in the future. I work in the restaurant business. I am looking for a nice up and coming area, that is reasonably priced. I could use some advice as to what areas might be good to look at for me. Thanks, Lisa

We currently live in Arcadia- our lease is up soon & landlord is putting the house up for sale- we’re in the hunt for our new home.
INTERESTED IN A LONG TERM LEASE (2+ years) possibly lease w buy option- (will consider a 1 year lease) Arcadia; PV; Scottsdale;
furnished or unfurnished; 4+ BD; 3+ BA; 3,000+ sq feet
must have a pool and enclosed yard (we have a well behaved dog)

Jamie,
I came across your name while searching real estate in the phoenix area. I am interested in purchasing investment property.
I would most likely purchase a condo/townhouse for under 80k and then I would try to immediately lease it out. I need someone who knows both the real estate market and the rental market.
I live in Indianapolis but I would like to schedule a trip to look at properties. I also need someone who I could trust. Someone who would give their best judgement as what would be a fair deal.
